Front door is broken and is a security issue. This building is badly maintained, has bad lighting and is ugly.

Worst management team, ever. Those who are employed here are incompetent and unhelpful. I could go on forever about the negative experience I had living on 34th Ave for 3 years, all because of a management team who doesnt care at all about the residents living in their buildings. They would always say they will call you back but they never once did. If you move here, be prepared to deal with an apartment that is falling apart and living with construction workers in front of your windows everyday, who dont know what theyre doing by the way. Somehow it takes 3+ years to complete construction on one building? The one star I gave is only because of the maintenance team. Save yourself a headache and dont move into one of their buildings.
