My experience with diamond mind reality was amazing. When shopping for a home you need someone well versed in the process. We actually needed someone more than well versed because we were using a special program(NACA) that has way more stipulations than a regular home buying. Our agent was the reason we home owners now. We seen a lot of houses and finally found one that fit our specific guidelines and our agent was able the guide us the entire way. She even pulled some strings to get us quicker answers from the program .In my experience buying a home can be stressful and if you dont have someone thats knows the business and in our case the details of our program you will not be successful.Nadira Taylor and Diamond Mine Real Estate exceeded our expectations and now we are proud home owners. I want to say Thank You to the whole team thats assisted us Nadira ,Tahirah And everyone at Diamond mine real estate.

Apparently negative reviews can garner threat of lawsuits and harassment, verbal and written abuse or more. I decided to keep the comment not to hurt any company but hoping someone will read and make an educated decision when it comes to the house buying process. I dont use social media but I felt compelled to write a review to share my side of things. Here you go. I was not really happy with the overall experience with diamond mine realty. I have to honestly say some of the recommendations or referrals given by the realtor heavily influenced that experience. Although The first realtor we had was bringing his whole family to showings as if he was buying a house for himself, we did eventually get a second realtor that we eventually ended up buying a home with and she was an improvement indeed. She was very knowledgeable, relatable and informative in some ways. But the only recommendation she gave us that worked out was the inspection. The lawyer that was recommended ( who is a separate entity from the real estate company) to us changed our contract without our knowledge and initialed both my husband and my name without us knowing. We did not notice the change until the last minute and she cost us major money. She barely communicates and constantly forgot we were first time home buyers. She also cost us more money when it came to other stuff but they were minor compare to making changes to a contract and not telling your client. Then another recommendation the realtor made was for a cesspool. They ended up lying to us and telling us all we needed was to clean but after we closed and used another cesspool company it turned out we needed to replace the cesspool. The cesspool ppl were in the house with the sellers by themselves and we had no representation, we dont know what the sellers compensated them with to lie to us (mere assumptions). At the end of the day we like our house but wish we had not settled for every single referrals. Stay away from any lawyer recommended by a realtor, do your own research, dont get too overwhelmed by the process where you can miss things. Make a list, check the list and double check and triple check it. Please remember every single person involved in your transaction of buying a home is getting a check.
