I came across Raphy (Raphael Amar) through a package he sent me in the mail about his services. His research was extensive and I loved that personal touch. He included area comps as well as a letter he signed personally explaining his confident ability to sell my home. He did not disappoint. Within an hour after the house was listed I received an appointment from an agent who wanted to show my home to his buyer. Then I received another call and another. I had three showings a day after listing it! Well, after that everything went quickly and before my husband and I knew it the house was in contract and we closed. Thank you Raphy for being a man of your word! My husband and I appreciate all you did to sell our home. We will definitely refer our friends looking to sell their homes.
