Jerry reached out to me via phone mysteriously not knowing where he received my contact info. He stated he had a unit to show me if I'm still searching. I agreed to see. After meeting me and showing me it was hard not to believe that there was a sense of prejudice. Practically told me the unit was not available and I never heard from him again. As I am someone in a professional service industry. I would strongly not recommend doing business with this company.

Jerry is the realtor you want. He gets you listings within the day you ask him, follows up on things immediately, and prioritizes you for all your asks. I would recommend him to anyone in the area and will work with him again in the future.

Fantastic realtor in Howard Beach. If you want someone that fights for your interests, keeps you well informed and goes out of his way to support and assist you, Jerry Fink of Jerry Fink Realty is more than you could ask or hope for. We had a difficult transaction as part of an estate sale and Jerry not only assisted in navigating through the challenges of selling but was a strong advocate in areas that were contentious. He had my interests at heart throughout and while I can say I was not the largest property of the many he had listed, he made me feel like I was the only one he focused on. When Jerry did not update me, his associate Shelly was there to make sure I had the latest information. They also had a complete understanding of the marketplace and gave me honest and accurate assessments throughout the process. Highly recommend him and his firm. I am confident by his actions he would work as hard for you if you were buying or were selling.
