Had to drive 5 hrs home due to a blown hot water tank and water everywhere! Scott was at our house in under two hours (was on another job) and had a new tank installed and house back up and running in less than hour!!! Smooth transaction start to finish! This business has excuse after excuse. They said the city won't allow them to dig.... when you can see companies digging all over the area. Convinced they just don't want work. The first day they came to do work, I was told by the plumber that my landlord didn't want to be the middle man as far as contact, so the plumber and I were to be in contact about the job. 2 months later, the job isn't done and the plumber tells me to contact my landlord and my landlord tells me to contact the plumber. Seems that they are working together to leave a family without a working drain, my 6 year old is having a hard time remembering to put her toilet paper in a garbage can, as instructed by the plumber!! We just want a functional toilet that we can put our toilet paper in, thats not alot to ask.
