AVOID CROSSCOUNTRY AT ALL COST!! My agent Chris was pretty good 5 stars for him.. This review is about the company as a whole and my experience after my closing.Once you complete your purchase/refi you will be treated horribly, literally as if you don't exist. Dealt with multiple agents and 3 supervisors and it will take weeks if not longer to get any type of answers much less results and that's if you are lucky. My mortgage changed due to a tax increase. I am FULLY aware this has nothing to do with CrossCountry BUT they had no clue at all about the change until I contacted them. With 4 days left before being adt deadline they paid the difference. Never discussed my new mortgage or any communication at all. "We sent you a letter" which they didn't. Not only that they have next years taxes wrong which i have been waiting over 3 weeks just for a supervisor to call back to fix but yet they have no problem collecting the higher amount. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

I was at the end of my loan process, paid for appraisal, supplied all documentation, etc., etc. Then CrossCountry changed their name and either was ignorant of or didn't care about the ramifications, and the bank who was financing my loan pulled out because of the name change. CrossCountry didn't offer reimbursement for my fees (around $700) or even really an apology for wasting my time, energy and money. Will never work with them again.
