I first visited this Agency for quotes on all of our policies October 20th. When I left the meeting I was told it would be 24 -48 hours for a quote. I did not hear from them. I contacted them again over 48 hours later, to be told they had questions. I answered them. There were a couple more emails like that. I would make contact, they would have a question. My last contact with them was October 28th. It is now November 11 22 days since my initial contact and 2 full weeks since my last contact with them. I still have no quotes. This is a terrible way to conduct business. I wouldn't waste your valuable time. They obviously don't think they need the business.

Greet service ! When I bought my first house they were one of the companies I contacted for a quote. Three years later, and I have my auto policy with them as well. The best part of working with them is I can always get someone on the phone. It also helps they were cheapest!

While I realize things were delayed due to COVID the lack of follow-up and response was unacceptable. After things started to reopen this continued so it appears this is the way they do business. I have taken all of my policies elsewhere.
