        Terrible pickup. Super slow to load and they will come right out and tell you they don't care where or when you have to be somewhere with their product. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Check in on one side of the building. Make a hard uturn to drive all the way around to the other side to load, then sit there untill they decide to load your trailer. Oh, and dont bother coming before your appointment time, it's not going to do any good.
