My mother's accounts have been compromised, rep on phone says accounts have to closed and reopened in person and sent her to this branch since it's the only one open. Manager on duty was rude and refused to help her then turned her away. ( she had gloves and an N95 mask on)Great customer service at a time like this with such a time sensitive situation!Edit: hour after I posted this mgr on duty calls saying my mother can be seen today.This was also after I called the # on the back of my card and told the rep about the awful treatment that happened with such a time sensitive situation.
