If Christina Pena got out of the homeowners bed long enough to address questions and concerns truthfully, these costly nightmares could have been avoided. She was to busy on her knees to address crucial details that I am now having to pay for. Property was misrepresented by the listing. So now the onus falls on me!

Do not deal with New Island Realty. They are liars. We were moving back to NY from NC. They told us we were moving into a brand new home and when we got there it wasn't what we were expecting. We are now displaced with 2 kids. They lied about everything. We have known them for 25 years. His rental agent Ilona is even worse. She texted my aunt to belittle me and call me names. This is NOT a professional company.

I worked with Hank and Ilona to get my mother's house sold so she could move to be with the rest of our family in Georgia. We could not be happier with the service and care we were given. We ran into multiple delays the Village of Lindenhurst, which cost us to loose time and at least 2 buyers. They were by our side thru the entire process, keeping in contact with me during the times I needed to go back to GA. Hank really went over and above during the entire process, thru the closing, and following up after. I am going to miss Ilona's sweet voice!! Thank you guys...

Our family has known Hank Cardello, owner of New Island Realty, for many years. We recently purchased a Sandy home through New Island which had some issues. Hank was upfront and honest with us. He did not mislead or misrepresent in any way. He is knowledgeable and professional. Based on the positive experience we had and continue to have with Hank and New Island, I would recommend their services!
