Recently our puppy passed. The next day we received an order from Chewy that we no longer needed. I contacted Chewy customer service. First, they said to donate the order - that is outstanding. Then 2 days later we received a beautiful floral arrangement from Landon at Chewy giving condolences. This is what customer is all about !!! Excellent.

Our dog Coalman just passed😭 We had an entire large bad of dog food and my husband called to return it. Chewy refunded us and allowed us to donate it in Coalman’s name. They also sent us beautiful flowers 💐 This kindness will never be forgotten.

horrible service and deals, no loyalty programs at all, msg sent not long ago Hello chewy, do not send me post cards( coupons) if are not going to be granted for not being a new customer, is stupid to send a postcard to me looking for new blood to chew,  when you know I am a member for years now,I have almost placed an order over $200  and reduced to only a $60 after talking to customer service, I will expend the rest on Amazon, some how that is were the real deals are ,do not know how they do it ,but it works for us the consumers

I never write reviews but Chewy has gone above and beyond! I have been a customer at chewy for a few years to get my dogs' food and whatever else they might have needed. Chewy has always has fast respond time whenever I have had a question or concern and their autoshipment has been a lifesaver! Well recently I have lost both my dogs (one in March the other last month). With that being said, I completely forgot to cancel the autoshipment that was delivered to me. Not only was the person I spoke to super understanding and gave me a refund, but yesterday night I got home to find flowers for my lost dog from chewy. This made my heart feel so warm! I wanted to take time and write that they are such a great company who really cares about the people and animals they service! Thank you!!!!
