Just moved in two months ago and have a constant insect problem. Theres a A LOT of small flies, I can see 10 a day.. I even find them dead inside the fridge which is really gross!!! Even saw a roach in the apt the other day! This is a fairly new building but theres so many insect problems. I literally just moved in and had no insect problem in my previous apartment, so its definitively coming from the building itself. Really worrying. Super stressful living here. Wouldnt recommend.

TF Cornerstone LIC BUILDINGS team is bad!!!!!!They  ignore your requests,/complaints whether it is letters, emails or phone calls.They use tactics like FALSE INFORMATION and PRESSURING you to make you do what they want.  If you want to rent they demand all sorts of documents and information and very careless about the privacy of your info.  They still may not respond after they get your documents unless they want to. They treat you like they are doing you a favor to take your money to buy/rent an apt.  ASK FOR EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN RENTING OR BUYING.In a non-smoking building I notified them of people smoking in the building in common areas.  They do nothing.  They told us to go find out who they are and come back.  We are suppose to ask people violating rules their names.  Instead of them addressing it with a building wide reminder.  If there is loud noise complaints very unresponsive.The (5203 Center Blvd) building smells like garbage 4/5 days a week (until the garbage is picked up)  and the complaint has been made again and again by several residents nothing really done.  They tell you amenities are included and then you find out after signing lease they are not.  They say you can bring a guest to gym after signing you find out that is the opposite.   The team Ivan Urglies, Nikita Mathison either lie to your face  or use pressure or intimidation tactics to get what they want (you to go away).   There is very little or no information to escalate the matters to have them resolved.  The team including Lauren Geminder are very unprofessional at times.  This is not a company that has a respectful, courteous, HONEST OR professional staff.  They do not hold their team accountable for how they respond or if they respond to resident issues and if the matter is resolved.TFC STANDS FOR:T.ERRIBLE STAFF & SERVICE  F.ALSE INFORMATION - C.OMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONALTHEY HAVE ZERO REGARD FOR THEIR TENANTS, IT IS NOT JUST A COUPLE OF EMPLOYEES  A LOT OF THE LEASING  AND MANAGEMENT STAFF.
