I stayed in this hotel for a week with my niece and can only say positive things. Top location, very nice staff and a breakfast that is not common in NY, which can even be rated as good. The rooms are clean, comfortable and clean. WiFi included and good. The only weak point was the one offered. Airport transfer, which was unfortunately quite expensive. We would have had to pay significantly less on our own because our airport was very close. It had not been communicated beforehand that the transfer would be so expensive. But the hotel itself has a really good price/service offering. Gladly again

I loved living here so much! Quiet building, mostly quiet neighbors, Steve at the front desk was the best. The prices are astronomical now and unfortunately I couldn't stay, but I would absolutely move back if I get rich one day. Stayed there for 2 years thanks to a COVID deal (they hiked up the price unreasonably for our third lease renewal just like every greedy landlord in the city) and so I couldn't resign, but the experience of living there was truly pleasant and enjoyable.

They just think about money. They don't think about the families and individuals. (I love the porters and staff, I'm talking about the administration and manager)

The entire process in this building has been going very smooth. I appreciate the building's quick responses. They have a very good team to work with in this building. I'm very pleased.
