Live here if you want to deal with two leaks and mold within 4 months of your lease! Management was unresponsive at first then slow to act!!

Modern building with great amenities such as gym, pool and saunas (additional fee, not included in lease). Close to Queensborough plaza, very convenient to get to Midtown. They do fun activities for the holidays (Valentines Day, Halloween, Christmas). Elevators are efficient and fast which is super important for a building with 59 floors. Had issues with the drying machine and dish washer though. Dryer would not fully dry clothes and water would remain at bottom of dish washer after every wash. Very standard appliances, like what other big buildings offer. Only complaint I would say. Update 4/8/24: changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Weve been living in this building for almost 3 years now and have had a great experience with the staff and management. They are very on top of it and respond to tickets very quickly. Would highly recommend this building for the location, amenity and management.

Ive lived in Tower 28 for 2 years (would continue to live here if I could transfer from my studio to a 1B). Pros: 1. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful! Very timely response to fix anything you need (within the same day) 2. Great location with easy access to E/R lines, 7/N/W lines both within 3 mins of walking; bus stops right downstairs, so its a very safe/visible street. 3. No pet fee. 4. In unit W/D for all units 5. Awesome amenity with indoor swimming pool, not many people use the gym / pool so its always available 6. Great view from the rooftop! (July 4th firework!) Cons: 1. Depending on which unit, you might hear the train at night, tho the window is effective in noise cancelation, which also means to avoid noises you cannot really open the window 2. Amenity fee required, but that said the housing price is still below many other luxury buildings 3. Many dog owners in the building, so Ive seen some pees in the elevator, right outside the building door
