After my children smeared gum into my favorite area rug, I panicked. When I was able to collect myself, I got in touch with this company, as that's what my brother-in-law, who knows a lot more about rugs than I do, told me to do. They provided same-day rug cleaning care, and it only took their technicians a half hour to get all the gum out of my area rug.
