        I ordered two bouquets which were both pricey, but i was willing to pay for what was advertised - sadly, reality fell so far short!! the pictures advertised looked nothing like what they delivered- only half of the stems that I paid for were delivered and only partially alive, at that. sadly, I could have fared better with a grocery store arrangement.

        They sent to wrong address. Your job is literally to send things to the right address .The person who answered said they were me, but alas, not me (not sure who is lying here). They said they would re-send next day , and....no flowers .I sat at home (my first day off in 4 months working in the ER) to get them delivered ....so frustrating. The customer service for NY office also very rude .
