Hopefully your property staffs will be more proactive & customer centric in the future!!! ========================================= Professional cheaters !!!! Cancel your reservation without informing guest and then sell it to HIGH price. I was thrown out at 10pm while trying to check-in with family. Funny part is am a SILVER ELITE BONVOY MEMBER. I dont know what it means. I had stayed in Marriott hotels in 4 continents, am certain that this is the WORST PROPERTY with UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFS. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!

        Location is great! Perfect for commuting to and from the city. Good service and price. Have stayed here twice. Food & drinks: Very interesting sichuan restaurant Red Sorghum close by. Great food in general close by.

        Great hotel. Awesome staff and very modern and sleek. Location is everything for me. Was able to get to the subway and felt pretty safe. My parents loved it.Will recommend the Courtyard By Marriott Manhattan View as the best hotel in Lic!!! Rooms: Rooms were very clean and modern.
