        Thought all was good until we had an issue with our roof and had called the office with questions regarding our policy and claim. The gentleman that answered said he would call back once he got more information and never did. I called several times after that left messages until one day voicemail box was full. No calls back. E-mailed the owner Ibrahim and again no response. With service like that your better off not having insurance. Very disappointed, needless to say we won't be renewing our home or auto insurance with them. Go elsewhere
