They are corrupted they was asking me to change the base and made me pay for the base even the base is free and insisted on taking the money cash then they kept me inactive in the tlc plate list just to force me to give theme more money to release my plate I was 3 month not able to use my tlc car because somehow they kept my plate inactive when I asked the lady ther she said the base they are not happy with 300 dollars you give them they want more to release your plate I end up loosing my car to repossession because I wasn't able to work with my plate inactive because off them I lost everything's becareful from this lady if she ask you to change you're base she will ask for money for that and she will. Control you and rip you and destroy you at the end like she did to me run away from this
