        I chose this location to file my taxes based on the reviews and I was glad I did. I was extremely impressed with the services particularly from Jay. Jay is very knowledgeable and professIonal. My tax situation was a bit complex given that I lived abroad for the earlier part of the year. Jay was not only patient in explaining what I was required to do, updated me every step of the way. He also followed up that i mailed my filing as well as paid my assessed taxes before the due date.         My 2022 tax documents is missing out of three that was copy. Where I'm from you can be the best of best. And still mess up.Going elsewhere to have my taxes done.Which already happen! Plus please mail my remaining (3) tax documents to my home address on file please! Since now that the office is now temporary closed. And you stated you would do so last weekend. Thank You. Update: STILL WAITING FOR MY DOCUMENTS TO BE MAIL TO ME. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR PEOPLE. DO NOT GET YOUR INCOME TAXES OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS DONE AT THIS PLACE. MAIL MY DOCUMENTS!
