The manager I spoke with, who came to the house, was professional, nice and patient with me. The 2 workmen who arrived to lug all the junk, were personable, polite and quick. They even had to saw a large china cabinet into small pieces because it would have damaged the staircase going down, of which I was very appreciative. All around, a great experience.
