I have a blue nose brindle pit and he is the worst but they get it done it takes 4 of them 4 him.

Been using them for years. No complaints, ever. I's writing this review because I saw that they got a few one star reviews over Covid with no comments. A bit unfair since it could have been scheduling or a endless number of probabilities due to the shortage of staff every company was suffering at the time. The fact that they came out thriving AND you cant even get an appointment for MONTHS out, is telling enough how good they are. I give them 5 stars.

The woman who runs this place has always been rude but this last visit was beyond the pale. The store was totally empty, she was sitting at the desk alone, doing nothing. I brought my two cats for nail clippings as I have many times before. She tells me oh they changed their policy they only do cat nail clippings one Sunday a month now. I said youre not busy, cant you just cut their nails quickly (a procedure that takes all of two minutes each). No, she cant she responds. Apparently sitting at a desk doing nothing in a totally empty store is more important than actually helping customers. Ill definitely never be going back to this place. My response to the owners comment below: the so-called receptionist was the one who cut my cats nails the last time I came in, so I frankly do not believe that she is just a receptionist. Also, given how many reviews state how rude the service is in this establishment I find it hard to believe that if this were an employee and not the owner that they would still be there after all these years.
