I had multiple people come to our house for estimates. Eric was by far the most knowledgeable and professional contractor we spoke to. He was willing to knock the job out fast for a party we were having the following weekend. The before and after results were astonishing. We couldn't be happier with the work Eric did.

We called dirty-roof.com after noticing a tiny tree had started to grow on our roof while I was cleaning the gutters. Erik, the owner called back within 2 hours to discuss the problem.  He told us that he would if possible view the house remotely for an estimate or if necessary drive by to view the house..He called back with his estimate in about an hour and explained his process for washing the roof. We were satisfied with his estimate and set an appointment for 11am two days later for the work to be done.He arrived about 5 minutes early, and again, explained how he would soft wash the roof and drench the plants around the house to protect them. He did a great job. The tree was removed before it could cause any damage. There are  few dying moss patches that he said will flow off after s good rain but if that has not happened in 2 months, he will return for that. He cleaned up and was extremely easy and pleasant to work with and fairly priced. We could not have asked for better
