I have been a patient for 5 years. The office staff has changed since they moved to Babylon. Every time I need to make an appointment I have to go to the office to make the appointment. I have left countless messages for an appointment. The office doesn't call you back. I'll be looking for another dentist.

I have a very bad experience with DeFeo. I made an appointment because my front tooth came out and I still had some of the tooth in my gum. I had told them this when I got there. They took 7 or 8 xrays I dont know why so many but I am the patient. After they took the xrays I saw DeFo he looked at the xrays and said we dont extract teeth you will have to go to an oral surgeon and come back in a week to fit your dentures. I was mortified. I left there in tears. I then called my old dentist who does not take my insurance and he took me in the next day and pulled the tooth out and put another tooth in my denture the same day. I had to pay him $180.00 which I did. Now DeFo is charging me for the x-ray that my insurance did not cover. I am fighting this payment since he did not do anything except tell me to go to another dentist. These people knew before I even went there that they dont do extraction. They took advantage of me a senior citizen . I would never recommend this dentist ever.

Based solely on the front desk call I had today I would never book an appointment with this dentist. Horrible customer service.

Dr. Defeo is excellent. Over the years he has done crown work for me. No problem. Hygienist are wonderful. Thorough. Receptionist always answers phone. Cordial. They always run on time. Very happy.

They are always super nice and helpful and I love my dentist the sweetest man ever!
