We were lucky enough to get to go to Avis in Melville at the Hilton, & we met the most extraordinary woman, she helped us with everything, she was so so kind & understanding, & she even got us a great deal on a better car, that saved us money on gas, alot of money. The best customer service representative I've ever met, & she always has a smile on her face, she's cheerful & super helpful, & also runs the coffee shop by herself, absolutely amazing person, thank you!!!

Charged for fuel service, but car was brought back with a full tank of gas. Receipt shows car was returned at 8 AM but it was NOT. I'm sure the hilton has cameras that can prove this claim. Was charged a late fee, which I understand, the car was 2 hours late. But to charge for another full day and lie about it on the receipt is not okay.

Waited forever to be served. I understand the attendant has to work at Starbucks and Avis but don't keep taking Starbucks customers that come after me. I had two kids under the age of 4 and had to wait so long. The car was given to me with a small amount of gas and it smelled like weed. The attendant told me I left my junk in the car very harshly when I called the following day to see if they found something I left behind. She was also very abrupt when speaking to me in person in person.
