    Bambi Baby was the perfect place for my Wife and I to find out Baby Glider. We wanted something very specific and within a few minutes we found what was needed. The customer service was great as well. We had Marge as our Sales Representative to help us buying the glider we wanted to purchase. She went over the specifications of the glider to ensure we had it right. She was very knowledgeable and kind while sitting down with her and made us feel like we made the right choice. We would gladly shop at Bambi Baby even for how far we had to drive to get there. Thank you Bambi Baby and Marge for a terrific experience!

    I ordered bed rails 1/7. Was told 2-4 weeks. Requested update on 1/29, was told arriving tomorrow. Emailed for another update on 2/19, no response, emailed again 2/23 no response. Called, was told end of March with reassurance! Today is 3/28, still no update from bambi baby, I have to reach out and call myself - surprise! April 15th! Ridiculous. 3/29 as a rebuttal to Bambi Baby's generic response. After the ordered was placed, the emailed response to me from the customer service agent Michelle SAYS 2-4 WEEKS. Please fact check yourself Bambi Baby.

    This store is nice as it's locally owned, have a wide selection and the staff is friendly. We bought all of our baby furniture and car seat from them. The issue is if you have a problem - don't expect a quick response or a rapid resolution. For this, I'm hesitant to recommend them. Our crib was installed with damage on it. It was frustrating, and took two months but Bambi did fix it. The same piece that they replaced - we noticed last week it started to crack. Emailed customer service on March 27. Followed up March 29, followed up again March 30. Recieved a response March 30, we replied and haven't heard back. Tried calling their customer service number, no one picked up. My hope.....someone from the store or management can help us get this resolved quickly.

Hi Megan,We're sorry that you are disappointed, and offered information that didn't end up panning out. However, when you purchased the products, the web-site was listed as 20-24 weeks, as you were aware of and noted in your original correspondence with us. We were told by our Vendor that we would have the product sooner, which Michelle did relay to you, which as it stands was not the case. for that we do apologize, however, we can only relay what the vendor tells us, and unfortunately we don't always have transparency to any more information. We always err on the side of caution with our original lead times, and according to our original estimate which was listed on the website, your product was supposed to be here earliest Sunday, May 26, 2024. This item was nationally back ordered and this situation is completely out of our control and have no way to get you the product sooner. Each and every time you e-mailed for an update, you were provided one within our SOP of 3-4 business days.
