    They lost my chat logs with my rep Trisha after speaking with them for over half an hour about some issues on 2-22-2023, during which I was told contradictory information about in-network doctors. The rep even took down my phone # and email which were the same as on my account, but never called or messaged me back. These were pretty important issues (which Trisha seemed to contradict herself on), so immediately after I tried chatting with another rep, Rowena, who said she would message Trisha to call me back asap that day, might take a few hours. Trisha never called me back. Long story short, we got disconnected and now BCBS claim they can't look up my chat logs which for some reason they either never saved or deleted.

    Disgusting experience with this provider. My girlfriend fractured her skull in an accident and was denied coverage for the hospital stay. Had to open an appeal, speak to 7 different people, wait 45 days to be told that the appeal was declined due to not having medical records. Despite us personally sending them the medical records (twice) via email and even had them confirm they were received. Completely unorganized company and processes. We just called again and were told that there was miscommunication on their end and that the appeal will be reopened. We have zero faith that this is going to go smoothly. If anyone of authority sees this review and can help us with the appeal, itd be GREATLY appreciated.

    Too bad you can't give negative stars. Rude, got hung up on, mysteriously disconnected, over an hour on hold and got nowhere. I've decided to take my chances and taper off my meds. as they can't seem to find me a doctor anywhere closer than in the Bronx...and he's not taking patients at present. I may as well not have insurance.

    They really really really suck worst insurance company ever the don't cover anything and their "examination doctors" are asshats and deny everything, PLEASE Wfsd switch back to island group insurance sooooooo much better
