Leslie is an amazing coach! I am new to boxing and trying to get back in shape after a hiatus from the gym. He is great at explaining and demonstrating technique. He is very patient and always pushes you to reach your full potential. Plus its an amazing workout. I leave the gym drenched! Would definitely recommend.

Great place to box! Leslie and all the trainers are super skilled and the workouts are fun and tough. They teach you real boxing and know how to push you and make you better. Nice facility with everything you need.

Leslie had been an amazing find for my family. Soft-spoken, yet inspiring, easy to work with and still challenging. I am 52 and always wanted to check out boxing, and my oldest son is 22 and Leslie finds a way to keep us both focused and working hard at our different levels. He even has my 18 year old into it as well. He is a big mentsch and great trainer.

Absolutely exhausting workouts supplementing my normal workouts but at a manageable pace. Excellent sparring opportunities and everyone definitely has a certain skill level that they will match you with in order to start building yourself to a more experienced opponent.

The best place Ive found for boxing and getting in shape! Leslie is the real deal. Six months ago I was overweight, out of shape, and had no boxing experience. This is the only fitness program I tried that kept me coming back to the gym. The workouts Leslie designs are personalized to meet your fitness goals and they are the perfect balance of intensity and fun. I have gotten amazing results but never dread going to the gym the next day. Leslie is attentive, patient, and easy to work with while also knowing how to push you to get the best out of yourself. Ive seen everyone from kids to adults at every skill level in the gym. Its a supportive environment with great gym culture. Also the scheduling is extremely flexible and Leslie is always able to work with my schedule. If you want to get in shape and give boxing a shot, this is the place.
