        This is the second time they have told me they are closed 10 minutes before their closing time. There were other customers as well that were also complaining.

        The young man behind the counter moved at a glacial pace. It took 20+ minutes to get a smoothie. I know it's a busy location, but waiting over 20 minutes for 1 smoothie is ridiculous. And when there are 10+ people waiting in front of you, you could make any effort to move a date than a sloth.

        Went into this location at 845 on a Wednesday night. Went to place an order for food and a smoothie. Was told that "food is closed". Even though the store is open until 9.... we walked out without ordering.
