We were told that our email has been flagged by Google. This is not true. We were forced to change our email address to create a “refreshed” business profile. We lost all of our reviews. Turns out that none of this was necessary. Rachael Doukas does not respond to calls or texts promptly. She says that she will take action or call on a certain day or time but then just completely skips out on it with no forewarning. Her excuse is always that she was so busy. Her product knowledge is amateur at best. We have been patient and kind with her… and now our newly reinstated profile is suspended again. So when we requested a refund we were told that we were being nasty. Asking for good customer service is not being nasty. She said that we tried to add our old email address to our newly reinstated profile which is why our account was suspended again. She said she bent over backwards to try and help us. I have proof that she has no idea what she is talking about. We did not try to add our old email to the profile. If going above and beyond means making a couple phone calls to me and also to find a developer… I’m sorry that put a strain on Doukas Media’s resources.

Doukas Media helped get one of our business listings unstuck and compliant. They stuck with it giving every avenue a try and didn't give up. Even though it took awhile for all the different things we tried to work they still got it done.

Not only did they fail to generate the promised results, but Rachael Doukas reporting was also shoddy. The analytics provided were confusing and lacked clarity. It was difficult to discern any meaningful insights from the data they presented, making it impossible to gauge the effectiveness of their efforts. When I sought clarification, they were dismissive and failed to address my concerns adequately.

Furthermore, the quality of Doukas Media work was severely lacking. The promised deliverables fell far short of expectations. Their marketing strategies were generic and ineffective, showing a lack of creativity and a poor understanding of our target audience. It felt as if they were simply going through the motions without any genuine effort to understand our brand and its unique needs.

Rachel helped me big time, I cant thank her enough. She is very professional and knows what shes doing plus she listens to you and respect her customer. One of the best legit companies to deal with
