As far as a government office goes, not bad, the staff is accessible and knowledgeable, the service is for the most part quick, the office doesn't look to inviting but it is efficient.

Had to repeat a few times that my father is in critical condition and cannot move his arms to sign and isnt coherent to give consent. Kept getting told have him mark an x when i said he wasnt in a coma. Trying to sign him up for medicare since he turns 65 next month and hasnt done it himself. Was given a packet for request to be selected as payee and not sure why. Confusion which office to mail my application to when its done, was pointed to one then said to send to Jamaica. Can barely hear through the security glass when theres children crying behind you. have to get doctors note on his condition after a phone call said i would just need to sign and explain the situation since i filled the application online. Most people helped before me i was overhearing frustration as they were told to go online and their questions not being answered either. Lot of frustration overall, but im sure its not on the fault of the people at the windows but the oversight and training if so many windows have frustrated people not getting answers.
