We love our new hot tub! From start to finish Amanda was great and made the entire process so easy. We didnt chose an in stock unit so we needed to wait for it to come in but we were very pleasantly surprised that it came in a week earlier than expected. The delivery team got us set up in no time and then Mitch taught us how it all works! We could not be happier!

We purchased a Hot Springs sauna from ocean spray a year and a half ago. It had major internal defects and leak issues even though we take extremely good care of it. We use it a couple times a week, only my husband and myself -no children, no guests, nothing. The tub has cracks and leaks throughout. Ocean Spray was very difficult in responding for repairs. We had to wait two weeks at a time for a technician who came without proper tools and equipment, and then we had to schedule follow ups that took two weeks at a time - and that was just for diagnostics. Hot tubs are not supposed to crack within a year! After several weeks of back and forth, they finally got the manufacturer's ok to replace our defective hot tub. If they had been more responsive earlier in this process, we wouldn't have had two months of headaches trying to contact someone to help us. All in all, the hot tub was replaced after about 8 weeks. Hopefully we'll have a fully functioning tub for the 10-15 years promised when we purchased.
