Orange High Field Open MRI

I had the most wonderful experience today. After a failed closed MRI at another facility due to my anxiety and claustrophobia, I wasn't sure I would be able to even attempt it again. It was suggested I try an open MRI and request Valium from my doctor for the day of. The minute I walked in, reception was very kind and sweet. Then the MRI tech, Luke, came to bring me back. Every step of the way, he offered every option to make me comfortable, explained what he was going to do, how long each image would take, and how close I was to being done. He kept giving me encouragement the whole time and my husband was able to sit with me in the room. I won't go anywhere else for an MRI...just hopefully I don't need one anytime soon lol

My wife went this morning she was very nervous just wanted to say how happy she was Fran at the desk was excellent. Rubin the technician was very kind and explained everything definitely would recommend this place.

I had a very good experience at this office. I was unable to do closed MRI. They have an open MRI. It was easy. I was able to look out a window during the test. The staff was very nice. Thank you for making this easy for me.

The team that handles pre-authorization is rude. Carol couldn't have been nastier on the phone, she was dismissive, answered questions with "i dunno" and raised her voice several times. She made someone who was already nervous about her MRI even more anxious. Bad experience. Edit: I asked to speak to a supervisor about this and they cancelled my appointment! Then the next day they called to confirm after they cancelled and asked me if I wanted the appointment back? Terrible place that plays games with patients, DO NOT USE.
