I was fortunate enough to win an opportunity to shadow the CEO (Angelo Desimini) at Serino Coyne through a raffle they hosted at the Broadway Flea Market in 2018. With the holidays, the company moving to a new building, and the general end of year madness I wasnt able to cash in this experience until January 2019 and it was worth the wait. Angelo is down to earth, witty and good at what he does. Not only does his office build and maintain marketing campaigns, create stunning imagery and more for your favorite Broadway musicals; but they do it in a fun, dynamic and collaborative environment. While I could tell they took to heart the importance of making this day the best day they could for me, they also didnt put on a show on my behalf. Like the parents day visit at college campuses across the US, there were no cloth tablecloths that come out once a year, they were not coached to talk about their love for their company and nothing felt manufactured. The employees at Serino Coyne love the work they do and the people they do that work with. You can tell from their Glassdoor rating that this is the place where talented people go to learn, play and grow. I cannot thank the Serino Coyne team enough for the wonderful day that I had. As I said previously I felt fortunate to win, but leaving I felt lucky to be a part of it. (Thank you specifically to Steve who emailed back and forth with me for months ensuring this day would be great.)
