Ess-a-Bagel, Inc.
Ess-a-Bagel was established in 1976 on 1st Avenue in the Gramercy section of Manhattan by Florence and Gene Wilpon and Florence’s brother Aaron Wenzelberg.​ Coming from an Austrian baking family, it is not surprising that within two years our hand-rolled bagels were voted the best in the Tri-State area. We have continued to win national acclaim, not only for our bagels, but also for our luscious appetizing, salads, varieties of cream cheese, choice meats, and individualized catering orders. Ess-a-Bagel has the finest assortment of cakes, pastries, rugelach, muffins, and cookies. Espresso, cappuccinos, and multi-flavored coffees brewed fresh. Ask about our daily flavors. I think these are the best bagels in New York! The bread is very good, there is a choice, the products are of very good quality and the portions are very generous!!
The salmon, the cream cheese, the salad everything was super good Vmrt!!!
Go there there is a choice you will not regret!
About $15 per bagel (salty) but it's worth it!

Je pense que ce sont les meilleurs bagels de New York ! Le pain est très bon, il y a du choix, les produits sont de très bonnes qualités et les portions très généreuses !!
Le saumon, la cream cheese, la salade tout était Vmrt super bon !!!
Allez y il y a du choix vous ne regretterez pas !
Environ 15$ par bagel ( salé ) mais ça les vaut !
