TD Bank

The one directly across from Grand Central and near Pershing Square has to be the absolute worst bank in NYC. Unfriendly employees and a coffee machine that’s for display only it seems. Would never open an account with a bank that couldn’t care less about treating prospective customers courteously. They all seem to hate their jobs.

They have no idea what customer service is. I have tried to call several different numbers and they are all going to Verizon voicemail. You can’t even check balances on your account. Not cool. I am changing banks!!!!
