To make a story with long simple and quick my account 901-238-839 and available balance of $20,000 and that was removed some lady calls me from the federal government and tells me that she's closing my account due to specific reasons I hung up and the customer service

I do not recommend Chase bank. I opened a bank account with them and ordered a card on that same day, Aug 12. - I had to reorder it after waiting 2 weeks and still waiting until this very moment. That is to say, impossible to make any online transactions. This is absolutely unacceptable. - It is extremely complicated to communicate with them - you must book an appointment (by phone or in person) and they are never available immediately. - It is also difficult to withdraw money at their ATMs - low limited amount. I think Bank of America offers better services.

Worst experience ever!  Avoid!  Gabrielle did not respond to emails or phone calls.  I never experienced such disrespect as from Lynell and Gabrielle. Chase financial services should be ashamed. I finally had to go to another branch to close my accounts.  Any discount broker has better service and professionalism.  Gabrielle also sent me another person's statements.
