Cozy Bathtub Reglazing & Refinishing

I used this company to reglaze my tub. At first, I was very happy with the work and the service. However, I had the job done in February and in April the finish bubbled and cracked, leaving a hole in the finish. I contacted the company right away, asking them to come back and fix that spot so that jt wouldnt spread. I was even willing to pay for it. However the owner went Mia. Meanwhile, due to water seeping into the hole, the finish began cracking and chipping more and more. Its now peeling atrociously and I have to have another company come and redo it from scratch.
