Firstlight Cloud Xchange

Upon recommendation from our IT firm, we engaged Firstlight Cloud Xchange to replace our Comcast phone system. Firstlight recommended Vonage. After seeing the demo, we decided to move forward with Vonage. Peter and Taz came on-site and installed the system. They also trained our staff thoroughly. We recently replaced Altice phone service with Vonage. A colleague referred Firstlight Cloud Xchange and they presented the Vonage solution to us. “In light of the recent pandemic, we needed to implement a VoIP system that would accommodate and enable our team to work remotely. Our IT firm recommended Firstlight Cloud Xchange. We have been working with Firstlight Cloud Xchange for over a decade. Currently they provide multiple internet links to all our facilities from a variety of carriers including TouchTone, Spectrum, Altice and Verizon. We have utilized FCX for network services such as Point to Point and MPLS as well. They have also brought in VoIP service from RingCentral and SD-WAN service from BullsEye to one of our locations. Iris and Peter are wonderful to work with, they promptly address all issues within the same hour of reporting and have resolved all issues within satisfactory time frame since we started working with them. They have also recouped several thousand dollars for us from multiple carriers that overbilled us. As a Cloud Consulting firm, FCX brings in many options from a variety of carriers, whenever we need any type of service – may that be phones, internet or managed IT/security. This is a huge value to us as we are not industry insiders. I can confidently state that FCX has always had our best interest in heart while bringing in any service/carrier to Premier Orthopaedics. We wanted to combine both our Brooklyn and CT location on one platform. We contacted Firstlight Cloud Xchange. FCX works with many different carriers and after demonstrating couple of options, we decided to go with Vonage. FCX also brought in internet circuits for both locations from SpectroTel. The FCX team conducted thorough site survey and revamped our entire infrastructure. They installed the phone system and fully trained our staff. The Vonage app enables us to work from anywhere – which is particularly very important in the days of COVID-19. Peter and Taz are always available to take our calls with any questions or concerns.
