Salt Shaker Consulting went above and beyond for our wedding day in Spain. We had a 50-person party abroad and they made sure that every detail was perfect and intentional. From the personalized welcome bags to the petal toss cups, Salt Shaker Consulting made sure that our day was special. Our wedding arch got stuck in customs and we were panicking and Salt Shaker Consulting built the most beautiful ground arch out of olive branches, pampas, and palm fronds from the property. We are so impressed by their work and look forward to hiring them for all of our future events.

I used Salt Shaker Consulting for a wedding where EVERYTHING had to be brought on site. Working with Emily and her team was an absolute dream. She helped with everything from executing my ideas, coming up with her own nontraditional ideas, and catching vendor slip ups before I had a chance to freak out. Additionally, with the conditions we were given (there was a monsoon the day prior to our outdoor wedding), she came up with last minute hacks to help get everything in order and execute the perfect wedding day. I will recommend them ALWAYS, especially after seeing what other married friends of mine did. Their coordinators were helpful, but no where near the level of SSC. Hiring Salt Shaker Consulting was the best decision we made for our big day and I would recommend their services for anyone looking to plan a wedding or work in the food industry with.

Emily and her team did an amazing job bringing our wedding vision to life! We had a ton of ideas of how to make our wedding true to us and highly personalized; Emily was incredibly flexible and thoughtful about what was feasible. She heard our ideas and helped assemble a team of fantastic vendors who worked together to make our day truly magical. She thought through each and every detail in order to set our day up for success. When the weather didn't quite cooperate for our outdoor ceremony, Emily didn't miss a beat in presenting us with multiple pivots that would help us have the day that we wanted. So many of our guests gave us compliments about her during the day! She is highly organized, professional, thoughtful, and an incredible asset to your event. We can't recommend her enough as a planner. Thank you, Emily!!

We brought Emily on toward the end of our wedding planning as our day-of coordinator and are so thankful we did. We had a DIY wedding with a lot of logistics (e.g. transportation for guests, bathroom trailer drop off, caterer set up) at a new venue and were relieved to have her checking in during the weeks leading up to the event and keeping track of details the day-of. She brings a bright, positive energy, tons of knowledge of the industry, and attention to detail to her job, and always has her client's best interests in mind.

What a joy it was to work with this talented young lady. Emily was a key component in creating Victory Pizza Bar. No detail was missed in the process. From the big picture items like menu and brand development to the more tedious choices of paint colors and accent areas, she never missed the mark.
