Ive been coming here since 2010. Dr Anne and Douglas Magner are GREAT. Their bed side manner is the best I have ever experienced. The staff has always been friendly and compassionate to my needs and when Im super nervous. My friend had the worse overbite I have ever seen and Douglas gave him the best smile! I would recommend them 10xs over.

The absolutely worst experience I've ever encountered with a dentist or a professional in any given situation. I was referred to him through my former dentist who is no longer practicing. Upon the first visit, Dr Magner was not wearing a mask after we were well into Covid 19 and I threatened to leave if he didn't comply. He did wear one on the next appointment but attempted to wear latex gloves for which I am highly allergic. Why does one fill out an allergy form if the dentist doesn't bother to honor? He did not have the proper gloves and I gave him a pair from my supply. I was diagnoses as needing a root canal and verbally agreed upon the amount but to no avail. The job wasn't completed until after 8PM and I had spent several hours in the chair as he room hopped to numerous patients. I was exhausted and signed my credit card without checking out the numbers; thereby, trusting our verbal agreement. I was surprised to learn that I was overcharged and called the office; however, he never returned my numerous calls. I finally spoke with someone in the office who clarified that I was charged for xrays and electricity. The xrays are part of the procedure and my new dentists are still laughing upon the fact that I was charged for using the drill. I reported this to my credit card company and they requested that I try and work it out amicably. Big mistake! Dr Magner picked up the phone and as he has diarrhea of the mouth, I was unable get a word in edgewise. He lied and claimed that they contacted me several times but the truth of the matter was once to try and sell a cleaning package. After I hung up on this one sided conversation, I did receive a call stating I should be grateful as they waved the office visit. I don't believe it is ethical to charge for a visit when you have been charged for an expensive procedure.

Dr. Douglas Magner is perhaps the worst and most unprofessional dentist I have ever had in my life. Not only is his "bedside manner" the worst as a doctor, he damaged my teeth so badly, I required TWO appointments from an emergency dentist and another dentist to completely redo his lazy work. Went in to have a cavity filled, only to walk into him screaming at the receptionist in front of patients. Could hear him arguing with a patient in the next room, and when he came to me (finally) I had to ASK for him to wear gloves please. I could tell at the time he was not doing due diligence on my mouth and trying to up-sell me on orthodontia (which I already have, and I still have the metal bar in my mouth...to which the dentist who ACTUALLY fixed my teeth asked WHY because my teeth look great) He completely botched my filling -- I ended up in an emergency dentist a week later, narrowly avoiding a root canal. And now, about a year later, I went to my childhood family dentist and he was horrified by what Dr. Magner had done to my mouth (so for the record, this is the SECOND appointment I had to have to FIX the damage that Dr. Magner had done to my mouth). In addition to the emergency procedure, I had to have the entire filling removed and redone because he had done it so lazily that there was a gap (so additional decay had been allowed to occur), and he had left some hanging over, resulting in me being unable to floss, jeopardizing the tooth in question and the one behind it. Avoid at ALL costs!
