We have been using IAG Energy for all our NYC properties for close to 10 years. They are a pleasure to work with. They take care of the annual benchmarking for us like clockwork. We were especially impressed with the way they handled the Local Law 87 energy audit and retro commissioning by turning a complex compliance requirement into a streamlined simple and affordable process.
