        One of the worst experiences! Never got a confirmation email when it was supposed to be shipped. Called their number, and their customer care is awful! Never addressed my concern and made it like it was my fault! Update: after 2 weeks, 3 calls to useless customer service and a claim to UPS (cause apparently the customer is in charge of the delivery) I finally got my roses! I stand by my review, worst experience ever! (And actually the package says it was sent today). If you dont like your job please quit!

        Complete disaster..... Ruined Valentine's day delivery for my fianc even though I ordered 2 days earlier. I can imagine what their same day delivery looks like. Got different answers through out the day checking the status of delivery. You lost a customer and I make sure non of my friends use your garbage service ever.
