Handyman. He was able to get our door to close but did say that it would probably be a problem again in about two years or So, and we appreciated his honesty.
However, later in the afternoon we got a message that he believes the wrong part was used in the handle in the original installation, and he included the link to buy the part again (it was in the original box and the installer threw it out) with an explanation of how to fix.
We were highly impressed with this follow through, especialy on a Friday evening. Would definitely recommend
