Nice modern hotel in a central location.

This hotel was very comfortable and location is good if you want to be close to Times Square and major tourist attractions. It can however be quite intense with how many people there are around the area.

I would rate my experience at CitizenM a solid 8.5 out of 10. Overall, it was quite enjoyable, although there was a minor issue with a bug in our bed that prevented it from being a perfect 10. However, the swift response and professionalism of the staff amazed me! Particularly Roy, Roy's exceptional service, genuine kindness, and insightful recommendations elevated our stay to a memorable one. His dedication reflects the high standards of hospitality upheld by CitizenM. Alongside the fantastic room design and vibran lighting, it's clear that CitizenM prioritizes guest satisfaction and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others. Additionally I could not catch there names but, kudos to the tall African American male who checked us in and the fair African American male who assisted us throughout our stay; their warmth and helpfulness further exemplify the exceptional service at CitizenM. Would definitely recommend !

The rooms made me feel claustrophobic, which such a tiny space you want it tidied but the cleaning people dont come Everyday, staff is rude not my cup of tea. Very expensive for such poor living Rooms: Wayyyy too small!
