Renaissance New York Harlem Hotel

Such an elegant hotel! Love the decor and room design! Walkability: Close to most trains and close to many stores and eateries.

My husband and I absolutely love staying at the Renaissance whenever we visit Harlem. The hotel is not only beautiful and clean, but it also offers a fantastic experience with live music on Friday and Saturday nights. To our delight, we recently discovered that Zach, our favorite bartender from the Red Rooster, is now working at the Renaissance. It was a wonderful surprise! The food and drinks at the hotel are amazing, but we highly recommend asking for Zach. His espresso martinis are simply delicious. The Renaissance truly offers a delightful and memorable experience.

Rooms: The ceiling of our first bedroom shower was damaged and at the middle of the night, water coming down woke us up next day they did changed us to another room in which the courtains did not work and for the entire week we woke up with the sunrise (nothing great being on vacation). Housekeeping was not as expected always forgetting to clean the bathroom or leaving the towels needed Very poor management and manteniance
