The Wallace

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Wallace during my visit to New York City, and it was an experience worth raving about. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccably clean rooms. Not a speck of dust in sight, and every corner was meticulously maintained. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in upholding high standards of cleanliness, which made me feel right at home. The location of The Wallace couldn't be better. Situated in the heart of NYC, it was incredibly convenient to explore the city's attractions and dining options. Whether I was strolling through Central Park or grabbing a bite to eat in Times Square, everything was just a stone's throw away. Overall, my experience at The Wallace exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, and a prime location make it the perfect choice for anyone visiting NYC. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to the Big Apple!

This hotel is a gem, especially if you want or need to be on the UWS. Beautifully renovated, contemporary, comfy vibe. Suite is spacious, includes automated blinds/lighting system. Greg, Manager at desk, is excellent. Lounge is very nice, though didnt have time to eat there. Their sister Italian restaurant nearby on Amsterdam is very good too

Loved our family stay at the Wallace. The roll in crib worked great and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect spot to stay! Nearby activities: Quick walk to the Natural History Museum Walkability: So much within 15 mins of The Wallace

Service was amazing! So friendly and helpful! They even held our bags for us while they were getting our room ready so we grabbed a light brunch and, sure enough, when we got back our room was ready! Rooms: The rooms were a bit larger than I would have expected so that was great Food & drinks: No in-hotel breakfast, but a few snacks are in the room along with coffee. Noteworthy details: No microwave!!!! Safe was in the bottom drawer in the nightstand, shelves in the closet were perfect for dirty clothes. Not many places to put luggage, but the fridge was nice.

Great boutique hotel. Rooms are spotless, beds exceptionally comfortable, high quality linens, very quiet. Bar is cozy with a nice fireplace. All staff are very friendly and helpful. A great choice for the Upper West Side.
