    I adopted a cat from a shelter and the shelter talked me into one month of this insurance. In that month the cat got an upper respiratory infection. Fetch would not cover the cost. Pulling teeth to get through to someone to cancel it. Thumbs down.

    Complete scam. Gives us the run around asking for our pets documents which we have submitted several times and they keep telling us they need more, but not saying what more they need. They told us they'd contact our vet directly, our vet says they never heard a thing from Fetch. It's been four months since we submitted our claim and have gotten zero help from the agents behind the live chat or over the phone. Most of them have no idea what they're talking about or give contradicting information. Never again will I pay for FetchPet insurance.

    Beware. I had the worst experience with Fetch from the start. Their communication is poor to non existent. They start by requesting you take your pet to be examined so you have initial records, but they won't cover it (there goes my $500 for both pets). Then I submitted two claims up to $3,000. It has taken them 2 months to review, each time they asked for more documents, in which they never texted or emailed me. I had to proactively go into the system to check the status. Finally, my claims were rejected which made me think why do I actually need that expensive pet insurance with high deductibles??? Do you research prior on investing in this or any insurance; it's not meant to everyone and you would not avoid the high costs of taking care of your pet health anyways. My five cents to pet owners

    This company is absolute SCAM! Please make sure you are reading the negative reviews because they are make more sense to me than positive ones here because I am experience similar issue with them. First of all, they make sure to wait 15 days to respond to a document you upload not one day less, then they come up with more document needed (Im only claiming for blood work done and uploaded another one for the last two years what more do you need and why?!m My cats all lab results show he does not have any health problems). When they tell you to upload new documents they purposely close the option on the app to upload document so you cannot. I took a screen shot as an evidence and send them asking why and several days later they sent me an email and opened the option. Again they make sure they make you wait this is all about their strategy to not reimburse you before taking few more months membership fee. Additionally, they do not have actual customer service. There are 3 people on chat you keep talking to them so weird. They do not have a phone number I keep emailing them to call me no one does because I think as a company they do lot have a phone lolll this company is a joke and I dont believe these positive reviews. I have never experienced this much trouble with my previous company for my dog for 10. Years. So much shady stuff going on here.

    Please check the lowest rates in order to see the real reviews. This company is working in a shady way. They have 15 days response period for your claim and they make sure they are waiting until the last day of that 15 day to ask another document so another 15 day can start. You go to the chat (that is the only option to talk to people in this company which is strange) to make sure what exactly they want - they tell you latest lab results would be enough which in my case was one month agos results. You upload it and and no one reach out to you for the next 15 days unless you go to chat and ask whats going on. Then they tell you well this is not enough. If you told me 15 days ago I would upload another one too but instead you chose you directed me to upload that specific one so you can come back 15days alter and ask another one. They make sure going around the loop as long as they can so they dont reimburse you.
