        Ive never seen a technical support team that cant solve any technical issues. They give you the run around and no one you speak with has power to accomplish anything, like troubleshooting or doing a reset of the router. Every single provider has that option as the first troubleshooting step. The lack of follow-through is really frustrating. This internet being mandated at my apt building feels like a scam.

        Do NOT RENT an APARTMENT WHO HAS THIS INTERNET... IT IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT YOU CAN EVER HAVE... THE AMOUNT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU IT JUST A SCAM

        Awful outsourced customer "service", Awful internet connection (which they will gaslight you by telling you it's your devices...), FORCED "service" at apartment complexes, which would be fine if it wasn't $50 a month!!! and this is the best part: The complex got a "complimentary 1gig upgrade" except it never goes above 200 mbps! AND the fine print says the monthly cost will go up to $75 once your lease expires... Look up "complimentary" in the dictionary you crooks.
