This place is a rip off, they take advantage of your need, I came here to replace a simple rubber tiny wheel of my suitcase and they asked for $40-50 when you can find the exact one on amazon with $5. Save yourself and don't come here.

This place rips off customers by charging too much money to replace wheels or repairs in general, by the way they dont use new wheels and they are also very mean answering the phone. You better off buying a new luggage instead of dealing with such hassle and aggravation. You want to know why I wrote this review because of your rudeness answering the phone and also using a used parts instead of a new ones. By the way I am not the only person complaining about the wheels issue, there are other customers had the same problem With this place.

I rarely give bad ratings, and I've been trying to support small businesses more lately, but I got quoted $85 to have a single wheel replacement on a $60 piece over a two week minimum wait. They also did seem to know the type of wheel I'd need replaced While I completely understand the high cost for labor and want to tip generously, but the price for repair really shouldn't exceed the price of the suitcase itself with such a large wait timeline. At least not for one wheel. I know the reviews for pricing are a little out of date here, so I wanted to leave the review in case it might be wondering how much is suitcase wheel repair will cost. If you get a similar quote, maybe check out Altman or A to Z or following the YouTube tutorial yourself.

Excellent! They can fix anything. I was in and out of there with a new zipper in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
